How long will it take to receive my e-bike?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days. Total delivery time is 6 to 11 business days from your order date within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your ride the whole way.

How can I track my order after it ships?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor delivery progress in real time. If you have trouble locating your tracking info, contact us and we will look it up for you.
